2024/1351 Règlement relatif à la gestion de l’asile et de la migration

Comments:
entry into force 11 June 2024. The Regulation shall apply from 1 July 2026. Art. 83 - Repeal of Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 is repealed with effect from 1 July 2026. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex II. Regulation (EC) No 1560/2003 shall remain in force unless and until it is amended by implementing acts adopted pursuant to this Regulation.
