UNHCR Comments and Recommendations on the proposed amendments to the Czech Asylum Act

The Government of Czechia presented a Proposal of deputies for the adoption of an Act amending Act No. 325/1999 Coll., on Asylum, as amended, Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreigners in the Territory of the Czech Republic and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and other related Acts (Parliamentary Document No. 931).

With the present note, the UNHCR Office in Czechia presents its comments and recommendations regarding the proposed legislative changes.
