UNHCR shares its comments and recommendations on the draft law amending the Act on Granting Protection to Foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereafter referred to as “the Bill”) as the agency entrusted by the United Nations General Assembly with the mandate to provide international protection to refugees and, together with Governments, seek permanent solutions to the problems of refugees.
