The Constitution of Côte d'Ivoire as of November 2016. Please note that there is no recent consolidated version of the current constitution. The 2016 Constitution is amended by:
- Loi n° 2020-348 du 19 mars 2020 which modifies articles 55, 56, 57, 59, 62, 74, 78, 79, 90, 94, 101, 109, 134, 137, 143, 144, 146,147, 148, 149, 150, 151,160, 177, 181 et 182 as well as Chapter 4 of title IX.
- Loi n° 2023-693 du 25 juillet 2023 which modifies articles 90, 94 and 107 (as modified by the 2020 Law)
