2011 Constitutional Declaration, as amended
Comments:
This version includes amendments up to 2014. However, additional constitutional amendment acts have been adopted, the latest dates from February 2023, replacing articles 17 to 30 of the Constitutional Declaration. No consolidated version is available in English or Arabic but please consult the link of the Law Society of Libya which you can find under 'related documents' in order to consult all constitutional amendments.
