Constitution of the Republic of the Gambia, 1997 (as Amended to 2018)
Comments:
A Constitutional Review Commission was created to review the Constitution. Act, 2017. A 2020 draft was rejected and a 2024 bill is circulated. Currently, the second reading of the draft has been postponed until June 2025. A link to the bill can be found under 'related documents'.
