This is an unofficial translation. The Law was adopted by the Natinal Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia on 18 july 1995 during the 14th Session of its first legislature. It was promulgated by Decree No. NS/RKM/0895/07 on 1 September 1995. Please note that this law is also referred as the Law on Press Regime.
