This Constitution was adopted by the Constitutional Assembly in Phnom Penh on September 21, 1993 at its 2nd Plenary Session. It has undergone 10 amendments, the most recent amendments (the 10th Amendment) were approved by the National Assembly on July 28, 2022, and signed into law by King Norodom Sihamoni on August 8, 2022. This amendment revises Articles 19, 89, 98, 102, 119, and 125 of the Constitution, along with Articles 3 and 4 of the Additional Constitutional Law. The PDF versions of the Constitution were published in 2023 and take into account the 10th amendment.
