Revised edition 2011, Constitutional Matters I. Please note there are two amendment orders: Constitution of Brunei Darussalam (Amendment) Order, 2021, S 22/2021 and Constitution of Brunei Darussalam (Amendment) Order, 2024, S 42/2024. The Constitution needs to be read in conjunction with these amendment orders which can be found on the website of the Attorney General's Chambers (link under related documents tab). Neither included are Constitutional Matters II (Succession and Regency Proclamation, 1959 (B.L.R.O 2/2011)) and III (Constitutional Matters III - Constitution (Financial Procedure) Order (B.L.R.O 6/2004)) which can also be found on the website of the AGC.
