Kazakhstan: Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12 July 2023 No. 554 ‘On Approval of the Rules for the Reception and Accommodation of Asylum Seekers in the Event of a Mass Influx at Temporary Settlement Facilities’, as amended up to 2024
