Date of entry into force: 1980

In accordance with the provisions of para (a) of Article 42 of the Interim constitution,

The Revolutionary Command Council have decided in their session held on 10.04.1980 the following:

1. The foreigner of Iranian origin shall be excluded from the provisions concerning naturalization set out in the Resolution of the Revolutionary Command Council No. (180) of 03.02.1980, except para (5) of the said resolution.

2. The Minister of Interior shall undertake the execution of this resolution.
