Kazakhstan: Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30 July 2024 No. 611 ‘On Approval of the National Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2029 and on Declaring Certain Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Invalid’

This Decree approves the National Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2029. It sets out the country’s medium-term strategic priorities, including improving the quality of life of the population, modernizing and diversifying the economy, and developing key sectors such as agriculture, logistics, innovation and tourism. The Plan provides for systemic reforms in education, health care and social protection, measures to ensure environmental sustainability, strengthen the rule of law and improve public administration, and establishes target indicators and implementation stages, including priorities for the period 2024–2026.
