Route-Based Approach: Establishing Multi-Purpose Hubs - A guide

This note serves as a short operational guide on establishing multi-purpose hubs for UNHCR operations and partners and may be used by others who work on a route-based approach. It is based on existing practices in situations of mobility, including in mixed movements. It details the services, modalities, requirements, and resources commonly utilized to effectively operationalize the route-based approach. While this note provides general suggestions on how to set-up multi-purpose service Hubs, the elements in it will need to be further customized according to the overall context, the dynamics of the movements, and the locations.
