Marshall Islands: Citizenship Regulations, 2002

Comments:
The Regulations set out the process for application for citizenship by naturalisation (Part II); citizenship by registration (Part III); and renunciation and resumption of citizenship (Part IV). Part VI of the regulations sets out the criteria for citizenship, which include Marshallese language (s 12); knowledge of Marshall Islands and citizenship (s 13); and substantial connection with the Marshall Islands (s 15). Schedule 1 of the Regulations stipulates the relevant fees.
