Age, Gender and Diversity Good Practices in the Americas: "One step further, the methodology behind the practice"

This document provides good practices by presenting five examples of protection through a differentiated approach accompanied by work methodologies that allow for their replication in different operations in the Americas and other parts of the world, taking into account each country’s context. It is primarily a working document, a small manual that not only allows countries to exchange fieldwork experiences, but also proposes and helps replicate these success stories.
