United Nations Convention Against Corruption
Comments:
Adopted by the General Assembly, by its resolution 58/4 of 31 October 2003. In accordance with article 68 (1) of the afore-mentioned resolution, the United Nations Convention against Corruption entered into force on 14 December 2005.
