Left in Limbo: UNHCR Study on the Implementation of the Dublin III Regulation - Executive Summary

The study provides evidence-based information on the implementation of the Dublin system. The findings of this report provide an evidence base for UNHCR’s proposals for a revitalized and effective Common European Asylum System (CEAS) as set out in the paper “Better Protecting Refugees in the EU and Globally” of December 2016.
