Published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ C 115/47) of 9 May 2008. This Consolidated version is the result of the amendments introduced by the Treaty of Lisbon, published in the Official Journal of the European Union (C 306/1) of 17 December 2007. It entered into force on 1 December 2009. The Consolidated version of the on the Functioning of the European Union should be accessed in conjuction with the Consolidated version of the Treaty on the European Union, its Protocols, Annexes, Declarations annexed to the Final Act of the Intergovernmental Conference which adopted the Treaty of Lisbon and Tables of equivalences. This version supersedes the previous Consolidated version of the Treaty Establishing the European Community as amended by the Nice Treaty. This document has been superseded by Consolidated version of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, October 10, 2012.
