The Government of "the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" has requested the publication of the CPT's report on the visit to "the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" in October 2001 (see CPT/Inf (2003) 3) and of its reponse. The Government's response is set out in this document.
