This report addresses the research that has been undertaken within the framework of the Response to Vulnerability in Asylum (RVA) project which commenced in late 2012 and will continue until the end of December 2013. The RVA project aims to promote an understanding of the particular difficulties and challenges faced by vulnerable asylum-seekers and thus to work towards improving their identification and the response of states to their particular needs.
