Provides information on the distribution of humanitarian supplies throughout Iraq, including the implementation of the UN Inter-Agency Humanitarian Programme in Dahuk, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah covering the period up to 31 Oct. 2000. Includes conclusions and recommendations. Annex 1 reports on the allocation of total oil proceeds received from inception to date and the corresponding expenditures as at 31 Oct. 2000.
