Comments:
The Netherlands Government has agreed to the publication of the CPT’s report on its visit to the Netherlands Antilles, together with the response of the Government of the Netherlands Antilles. The English version of the response, as submitted by the Netherlands Government, is set out in this document. The dutch version of the response (CPT/Inf (98) 18), as well as the appendices to which reference is made in the response, can be obtained, upon request, from the CPT’s Secretariat.
