This letter is provided by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (“UNRWA” or “the Agency”) to Ms. Stephanie Motz at her request in relation to the appeal against decisions F-3785/2019, F-3786/2019 and F- 3788/2019 of the Swiss Federal Administrative Court. It will set out the Agency’s mandate and detail the services that the Agency is able to provide to Palestine refugees focusing on Syria, and the limitations thereto.
