3. Amendment to General Assembly resolution 1995 (XIX) as amended by resolutions 2904 (XXVII) and 31/2 A and B

The General Assembly, Having considered paragraph 5 of resolution 114 (V) on institutional issues, adopted by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development at its fifth session, held at Manila from 7 May to 3 June 1979,[1] Decides to amend its resolution 1995 (XIX) of 30 December 1964 on the establishment of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, as amended by resolutions 2904 (XXVII) of 26 September 1972, 31/2 A of 29 September 1976 and 31/2 B of 21 December 1976, by replacing the word "once" in the second sentence of paragraph 13 of section 11 by the word "twice". 21st plenary meeting
