V. RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED ON THE REPORTS OF THE FIFTH COMMITTEE
474. Emoluments of the Judges and of the Registrar of the International Court of Justice

The General Assembly Resolves that the emoluments of the judges and of the Registrar of the International Court of justice shall be fixed according to the following scale:  
President: Dollars (US)
Annual salary 20,000
Special allowance 4,800
Vice-President:
Annual salary 20,000
Allowance equivalent to $30 for every day on which he acts as President up to a maximum of $3,000 per annum.
Members:
Annual salary 20,000
    Judges referred to in Article 31 of the Statute: Allowance of $35 for each day on which they exercise their functions, plus a daily subsistence allowance as provided for in the Travel and Subsistence Regulations[1] of the International Court of justice. Registrar: Salary and related emoluments equivalent to those of a Principal Director, adjusted in ac- cordance with such differential as may be applied to the staff of the Registry at The Hague. 326th plenary meeting,
