247. Proposal for the adoption of Spanish as one of the working languages of the General Assembly

The General Assembly Resolves that Spanish should be included as a working language of the General Assembly and that rule 44 of the rules of procedure should be modified accordingly. Hundred and seventy-fourth plenary meeting,
