The Commission on Human Rights, Emphasizing the importance of the mandates of the special rapporteurs on thematic issues, Conscious of the desirability of advance planning in the allocation of the staff and financial resources of the Centre for Human Rights, Wishing to improve the opportunities for co-operation between special rapporteurs and Governments, Recommends the following draft decision to the Economic and Social Council for adoption: [For the text, see chap.
