1986/109. General decision concerning the establishment of a working group of the Commission to examine situations referred to the Commission under Economic and Social Council resolution 1503 (XLVIII) and those situations of which the Commission is seized[1]181
The Commission decided, subject to the approval of the Economic and Social Council, to set up a working group composed of five of its members to meet for one week prior to its forty-third session to examine such particular situations as might be referred to the Commission by the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of minorities at its thirty-ninth session under Economic and Social Council resolution 1503 (XLVIII) of 27 May 1970 and those situations of which the Commission was seized.[1]181 Adopted at the 56th meeting, on 13 March 1986, without a vote.
