The Commission decided to take no action on draft resolution II recommended for adoption by the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, entitled "Question of the violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms: inter-sessional meetings of the Bureau".[1]174 Adopted at the 52nd meeting, on 11 March 1986, without a vote. See chap. XIX, para. 495.
