The Commission on Human Rights, Recalling its resolution 1982/29 of 11 March 1982 on the question of summary or arbitrary executions, Recalling also Economic and Social Council resolution 1982/35 of 7 May 1982 and General Assembly resolution 37/182 of 17 December 1982 on the problem of summary or arbitrary executions, Recommends the following draft resolution to the economic and Social Council for adoption: [For the text, see chap. I, sect. A, draft resolution VI.][1]85 Adopted at the 52nd meeting, on 8 March 1983, without a vote. See chap. X.
