1983/103. Question of human rights in Guatemala[1]127

Taking into account that in resolution 1982/31 of 11 March 1982, the Commission decided to continue the examination of the situation of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Guatemala, and in view of the wish expressed that the Commission receive some information on developments in that situation since the adoption of that resolution, the Commission decided to request the Secretary-General to prepare a note[2]128 containing a list of the material received by the Secretariat, together with an indication of its contents.
