The Commission on Human Rights decided to express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Theo C. van Boven for his service to the Commission and for his dedication to the cause of human rights.[1]151 Adopted at the 62nd meeting, on 12 March 1982, without a vote. See chap. XXVII.
