19 (XXXVII). The individual's duties to the community and the limitations on human rights and freedoms under article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights A contribution to the freedom of the individual under law[1]45

The Commission on Human Rights,

1. Recommends to the Economic and Social Council that it decide that the study prepared by Mrs. Erica-Irene A. Daes entitled "Study on the individual's duties to the community and the limitations on human rights and freedoms under article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights A contribution to the freedom of the individual under law",[2]46 should be printed and given the widest possible distribution, including in Arabic;

2. Endorses the recommendation on teaching and education on human rights contained in part one of the study;[3]47

3. Decides to consider at its thirty-eighth session the question of setting further standards in this field.
