Published in the Official Journal of the European Union (L 53/1) on 22 February 2007. The Regulation entered into force on 23 February 2007 and repealed the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1035/97 of 2 June 1997 establishing a European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia with effect from 1 March 2007.
