This law amends the British Nationality Act of 1981, the Borders, Citizens & Immigration Act of 2009, the Nationality, Immigration & asylum Support Regulations (SI 2000/704), the Asylum & Immigration (treatment of claimants) Act 2004, the Immigration Act of 1971, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, the Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act 1997, the Immigration Act 2014, the Immigration Act 2016, and the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
