Solomon Islands: Constitution (Amendment) (Dual Citizenship) Act 2018

This Amendment Act repeals s 23 of the constitution regarding the avoidance of dual citizenship. The Act also makes amendment to s 49 of the Constitution regarding membership of Parliament, so that those with dual citizenship are not qualified for election as a member of Parliament.
