Serbia: Law of 2018 on Foreigners

This law replaced and superseded Serbia: Law of 2008 on Foreigners. Published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 24/2018 and 31/2019. The law entered into force on the eighth day from the date of publishing in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” and began to be applied upon expiry of 6 months from the date of its entry into force.
