Chapter 1 provisions relate to Trust Territory Citizenship, by birth and naturalisation. Chapter 2 relates to citizenship of the Federated States of Micronesia. Pers s 203, dual citizenship is prohibited. Chapter 3 sets out status as a national of the Federated States of Micronesia.
