Comments:

This Law shall enter into force on the eighth day from the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No 90/2007, 116/2008, 104/2009, 76/2010, 62/2014 and 81/2019, and shall be applied six months after its entry into force, except for the provision of Article 55 which shall apply from the day this Law enters into force.
