Ratified by the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Majlis) in its Aug. 29, 1981 session and confirmed by the Council of Guardians, and which, through letter No. 612 dated Oct. 4, 1981 of the IRI Provisional Presidential Council, has been communicated to the Prime Minister's Bureau.
