PROVISIONS TO PRESERVE THE PUBLIC ORDER

Article 25

Subject to the limitations imposed by international agreements, aliens who do not prove, at the request of the police authority, the sufficiency and legality of their sources of support in Italy may be expelled from the State by the procedure prescribed by art. 150, second and fifth paragraphs, of the Single Text of the Police Laws approved by the Royal Decree of 18 June 1931, No. 773, without prejudice to the provisions of article 152 of the said Single Text.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply in the case of political asylum provided for in article 10, last paragraph, of the Constitution of the Republic.
