22 (XXXIV). Draft declaration on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief[1]25
The Commission on Human Rights, Taking note of the report of the working group on the draft declaration on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief (E/CN.4/L.1401),1. Suggests that States Members of the United Nations or members of specialized agencies, specialized agencies, regional intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council which have views to submit on the elaboration of the draft declaration may wish to do so in writing to the Secretary-General in order that their views will be available to all members prior to the thirty-fifth session,
2. Decides to continue at its thirty-fifth session the elaboration of the draft declaration on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief;
3. Decides to establish an open-ended working group which would meet on a regular basis throughout the thirty-fifth session of the Commission and requests the assistance of the Secretary-General to ensure the good functioning of this working group.
