Corrigendum to the Provisional Draft of Article I (Definition Article) of the Preliminary Draft Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees. Prepared by the Working Group on this Article

Page 1 - Paragraph A. 2 - line 1 - The words "and remains" should be deleted and the word "countries" should be replaced by the word "country". Page 2 - Paragraph A. 3 - sub-paragraph (b) - The second line should read as follows: "Jewish origin, or of other than German or Austrian nationality, were…" Page 2 - Paragraph A. 4 - Numeral "4" at the beginning of this paragraph should be replaced by "B" and the line should read as follows: "For the purposes of the present Convention the term "refugee" shall not apply to a person who…" Page 2 - Paragraph "B" becomes "C", paragraph "C" becomes "D" and paragraph "D" becomes "E".
