These regulations were made by the UK Secretary of State under powers conferred in Immigration & Asylum Act 1999. The regulations amend the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 (Asylum Support Regulations 2000 SI 704). They also revoke Asylum Support Amendments 2018(3) and 2021(4).
