The Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

In accordance with the provisions 21.1 and 21.3 of the Republic of Armenia "Law on Refugees" to recognize the Department of Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia the institution in charge of dealing with temporary asylum status in the Republic of Armenia.
