Iraq: Resolution No. 120 of 1986 (passports)

In accordance with the provisions of Para. (A) of Article 42 of the Constitution,
The Revolutionary Command Council have decided in their session held on 29.1.1986 the following:
1. Whoever committed forgery in the passport issued from other State or any document issued from a competent authority in Iraq in order to get financial benefits that they tend to injuries in the national economic shall be punished by death sentence or imprisonment for life.
2.This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and it shall be operated till further notice.
