Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation (ILO)
Comments:
The Instrument will enter into force when ratified/accepted by 2/3 of the Members of the Organization (117/175) including 5 of the 10 Members of chief industrial importance. The total number of ratifications and acceptances now stands at 73 including 6 by States of chief industrial importance (China, France, India, Italy, Japan and United Kingdom).
