Cet arrêt deviendra définitif dans les conditions définies à l'article 44 § 2 de la Convention. Il peut subir des retouches de forme. The Court found that: The extrajudicial executions of the applicants' relatives by the Russian Army personnel were unjustified and that; The delayed and incomplete investigation into the circumstances surrounding the applicants' relatives was flawed. In this context, the Court ruled that Russia had violated Article 2 (right to life) of the ECHR.
