Submission by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the case of WA (Pakistan) v. Secretary of State for the Home Department before the Court of Appeal (Civil Division)

In the present case UNHCR will in particular invite the Court’s attention to the following materials which it has promulgated: (1) the UNHCR Handbook; (2) the 2004 Guidelines; (3) the 2011 Statement; and (4) the 2017 Eligibility Guidelines.
