Recommendations by UNHCR concerning the execution of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Kebe and Others v. Ukraine (Application no. 12552/12, Judgment of 12 January 2017)

These recommendations, addressed to the Ukrainian Government, are submitted in the context of the supervision of the execution of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Kebe and Others v. Ukraine (Appl. no. 12552/12) by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
